What does yoga mean to me?

I am passionate about yoga as a positive life force and seek to help my students cultivate a sense of compassion for themselves, and for other beings.

I was first introduced to the practice when I began attending classes at the local gym as part of a fitness regime - seeing it as a chance to stretch out and switch off after an intensive training session. I soon found a magic in consistent practice and began to connect with the non-physical aspects, realising that it was less about switching off and more about switching on.

I believe the real yoga is the one we all hold in our hearts.

Learning, learning, always learning

I completed my yoga teacher training diploma with Yogacampus in 2018 following an 18-month period of exploration and study with a host of incredible teachers.

I am deeply grateful to all my teachers and students; past and present.
