I am passionate about yoga as a positive life force and seek to help students cultivate a sense of compassion for themselves, and for other beings.
I was first introduced to the practice when I began attending classes at the local gym as part of a fitness regime - a chance to stretch out and switch off after an intensive training session. I soon found a magic in consistent practice and began to connect with the non-physical aspects, realising that it was less about switching off and more about switching on.
I believe the real yoga is the one we hold in our pockets and not what happens on the mat.
