Using creative sequencing to link mindful movement with breath awareness, I nurture a playful approach to practice and a chance to connect with your true self both on and off the mat.

My approach is non-dogmatic and draws on a variety of styles and influences, encouraging you to explore your practice and find your own definition of yoga. We move slowly, with intention and supported by a steady fullness of breath.  

There's something for everyone - whether you're dipping a toe in the water or you've already dived in.

Restorative yoga with Taz

I also teach restorative yoga, a breath-oriented, introspective practice of stillness and inner quiet.

The support of physical props - bricks, bolsters and blankets - allows the body and mind to drop into an easeful and deeply felt relaxation; an antidote to the demands of modern life.
